Hostess Handbook’s Jessica Garvey in a Canadian Tuxedo

I’m always thrilled to see my friends do their thing in LA and even more excited when it involves a Canadian Tuxedo! Here’s Jessica Garvey, actress and brains behind Hostess Handbook (and sometimes CanadianTux.com photog) in a punk-inspired Canadian Tuxedo for Penny Chic.  Denim vest by Kmart (who knew?) and pink jeans from TJ Maxx, which are making me want to be a “Maxxinista.”
