Double Denim at Dean Wareham at the Roxy

IMG_2097

Before the opening band for Dean Wareham went on at the Roxy last Thursday night, I spotted this Canadian Tux in the crowd. The gent, who preferred to remain nameless, was rocking Wrangler jeans (don’t see those enough) and a Levi’s jacket, complete with a perfectly styled mullet, for which this photo does not do justice.

And if Dean comes to a town near you, do yourself a favor and check him out.

Loving this Canadian Tuxedo by Levi’s

Photo1

Here is Zach Paul looking ever so handsome in his Levi’s Canadian Tux as we leave Soho House for more shenanigans on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood last Friday. Is there anything Levi’s can’t do? Worship.

Canadian Tuxedo Trio at Adler Integrated

IMG_7687

Yep. We got the memo. Tonya Cooke, Alf LaMont and I draped ourselves in denim and toasted Nic Adler‘s 40th last night (after taking in some live music at the Sunset Strip Market). Alf is in a Levi’s denim jacket and jeans from H&M. I’m on the right in Current/Elliott jeans and a Gap denim jacket. Tonya’s on the left, and I must’ve toasted Nic a few too many times because I cannot remember what she’s wearing, but I like it.

Photo compliments of Nathan Levinson.

Spotted: Canadian Tuxedo at the Sunset Strip Market

The cooler June temps had a lot of Angelenos keeping warm in their Canadian Tuxedos, including this guy. Eric Samuelson is pictured above at the Sunset Strip Market in Levi’s jeans and a Lacoste denim button down.

POLIÇA plays at Levi’s Haus in West Hollywood

Last week I had the pleasure of seeing Minneapolis’s Poliça play an intimate show at Levi’s Haus in West Hollywood, right off the Sunset Strip. Pictured above is lead singer Channy Leaneagh in a Levi’s denim Button-Up dress. If you haven’t yet, check out the hypnotic experimental beats sounds of Poliça.

Spotted: Canadian Tuxedo at Sunset Strip Music Fest #SSMF

Last night at the Sunset Strip Music Festival, while waiting for another turn at the photo machine outside of The Roxy, I saw Sam Trainer dressed head-to-toe in Civilianaire, the company for which he happens to work.
