Spotted: A Canadian Tuxedo at Live Aid
Twenty six years ago today, Sir Bob Geldof was spotted rocking this denim on denim ensemble at the historic Live Aid concert, which raised funds for relief of Ethiopian famine. The dual-venue concert was held simultaneously at Wembley Stadium in London, England and John F. Kennedy Stadium in Philadelphia, Pa. and is believed to have attracted a global audience of 1.9 billion in more than 150 countries. The concert featured artists such as U2, Elvis Costello, Phil Collins (at both venues thanks to the Concorde), Queen, David Bowie, The Who and many more.
