Gearing up for a weekend in LA with my BFF Amy, I saw this Canadian Tuxedo at Pampered Hands (quite possibly my favorite place on earth). This chick hit all the trends. Denim on denim. Short-shorts. One shoulder jumper. Big bun on top of the head. Vintage shades. We’re guessing if she hadn’t been wearing flip flops for her pedi, she’d have been rocking some moccasin fringe ancle boots.
Did I just die and go to heaven? Anyone who knows me knows, I’m boast a small collection of Chanel nail polishes (Black Pearl can do no wrong), and clearly I enjoy my denim … So I cannot wait for Chanel’s new “Les Jeans de Chanel” polishes, which officially launch at next week’s Fashion’s Night Out. Je t’aime!

We’re loving this edgy video introducing Denim & Supply Ralph Lauren, which offers a new approach to denim and sportswear. The new line includes a lot of vintage details and weathered looks, highlighting the individualistic and eclectic nature of its brand and wearers.
I found new pal Chase working a dope denim on denim ensemble at Kenichi is Aspen this weekend. Of course he’s from New York, motherland of the Canadian Tuxedo.
So much denim! On my way from Los Angeles to Aspen, I spotted at least 10 Canadian Tuxedos. I managed to snap a few pics. Not all dope. The last lady was my fave. French Grannie + double denim = happy Greta.
Sexy Rosario Dawson was seen the other night doing the denim on denim thing at the G-Star store. It’s an interesting alternative to the traditional tux – jeans and jean jacket – but we not sure if we’re feeling it. Thoughts?
Once again, my favorite coffee spot fails to disappoint. My office away from home has a new employee and he’s dope as hell, rocking denim on denim on denim on denim! Coffee Commissary‘s newest addition picked up this ensemble (YSL tie, Banana Republic shirt and Nudie Jeans) at a thrift store. The denim apron is clearly a perk.
I often set up shop at my favorite coffee spot, Coffee Commissary on Fairfax in Los Angeles. Not only does this place serve the most incredible coffee around, it’s typically flooded with pretty people rocking the hottest LA trends. Case in point: this Canadian Tuxedo, which was one of many seen this morning at the bustling Coffee Commissary.
