Who knew Marilyn was such a fan of the Canadian Tux? We just dug up this vintage photo of Miss Monroe head-to-toe in Levi’s on the set of The Misfits.
Spotted: Canadian Tuxedo at Sebastian Ingrosso at Coachella
Just before Swedish DJ Sebastian Ingrosso brought down the house at Coachella, I spotted Rachel O’Reilly braving the Sahara Tent heat in a Canadian Tuxedo. Rachel is seen here rocking a denim Trouvé top and new Gap denim cutoffs, which she said she absolutely loves!
High waisted denim reigned supreme at Coachella
The blazing heat didn’t keep the denim away last weekend at Coachella 2012 in Indio, Calif. It seemed like every girl there was wearing-waisted jean shorts in just about every color imaginable. Not the best look for all body types, but hey, we were all there to have fun. I thought it would be too hot to spot a Canadian Tuxedo, but did manage to see this double denim jumper at a beer tent on day 1.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this look! While shopping on Melrose today I met Wasteland‘s Mia working the double denim in vintage Levi’s black denim cutoffs and oversized jacket with a The Cramps T-shirt and Jeffrey Campbell boots.

I had this lovely double denim ensemble sitting at the next table while dining at Real Food Daily, a Los Angeles vegan institute. Michelle Plushanski was celebrating her friend’s birthday in a Levi’s jacket, Nudie jeans and All Saints boots. The picture sucks (I blame the terrible lighting), but her Canadian Tuxedo rocked.
